Our Services

Sports Massage

A specialised massage focusing on athletes, designed to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, and enhance performance while reducing injury risk.

Osteopathy

A holistic treatment that emphasises the interrelationship between the body’s structure and function, using manual techniques to promote overall health and alleviate pain.

Deep Tissue Massage

A therapeutic massage technique that targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to alleviate chronic pain, tension, and knots.

Dry Needling / Medical Acupuncture

A technique that involves inserting thin needles into trigger points in muscles to relieve pain and improve mobility by inducing muscle relaxation.

Relaxing Massage

A gentle massage aimed at promoting overall relaxation and stress relief, using smooth, flowing strokes to soothe the body and mind.

Shockwave Therapy

A non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate healing in damaged tissues, often applied to conditions like tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and muscle injuries. It works by increasing blood flow, reducing pain, and promoting tissue regeneration, offering patients a quick and effective alternative to surgery or medication.

Pregnancy Massage

A specialized massage designed for expectant mothers that focuses on alleviating discomfort, reducing stress, and promoting relaxation during pregnancy.

Kinesio-Taping (K-Tape)

A therapeutic taping method that supports muscles and joints while allowing for full range of motion, aiding in pain relief and reducing inflammation.

Cupping Massage Therapy

A therapeutic technique that uses suction cups to create a vacuum on the skin, promoting increased blood flow, reducing muscle tension, and enhancing relaxation.
