Please note that we do not invoice your insurance provider directly on your behalf. As a result, full payment for your treatment session must be made in advance. Following your appointment, we will provide you with a detailed receipt containing all the necessary information. You will then be responsible for claiming reimbursement of your treatment directly from your insurance provider.


To ensure a smooth process, we always recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to scheduling an appointment to confirm that your policy covers our services and that you are entitled to claim reimbursement. As insurance policies and plans can vary significantly, a quick phone call to verify coverage will ensure that there are no unexpected surprises.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we've established a fair cancellation policy to accommodate your needs. Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations to qualify for a full refund.

  • If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, you may be charged the full fee.
